A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. We have lots of news from Asia today: The 20 largest foreign law firms in Hong Kong have cut 5% of their lawyers in 12 months, and Gibson Dunn is cutting half of its Singapore partnership. In other parts of the world, Freshfields is rebranding, dropping "Bruckhaus Deringer" from its name. And in the U.S., top partners are getting close to charging $3,000 an hour for their services.
