I was raised by a single mom and saw as she was held back in her profession by behaviors and actions that are thankfully now illegal. To quote the tagline of mom’s favorite cigarette brand: “You’ve come a long way, baby!”
The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is one that should resonate with the martech community, “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality.” This is why we took a deep dive into how women are faring in martech. While we have, indeed, come a long way, there is still a long way to go.
