Hello from Santa Rosa, California!

Last year I shared our new logo with fresh colors and easier-to-read fonts. Now I am excited to share with you the launch of our new modernized website! 

Our goal has always been to deliver the best possible experience for our community whether that be during a McDougall Program, learning life-saving information from a mastermind series or while visiting our site.  

Our new website is easier to navigate and has a new look while retaining all of the health-restoring content you rely on from our previous website. Some of the benefits and major improvements include:
