As part of this rollout, we will also begin to take advantage of enhanced data provisioning opportunities relating to interchange rate selection, starting as early as March 15, 2021. This may result in reduced interchange costs, and in turn may result in a credit being issued to your merchants for a portion of that reduction. If merchants receive this credit, they will see it on their monthly statements.

We are also making some changes to Section 1.14 of your merchants' terms and conditions. These changes enable the enhanced data provisioning opportunities noted above. We will be advising merchants via email this week that continuing their merchant accounts with us or using their merchant account will represent their acceptance of these changes to their terms and conditions.
