At this month's TechMeeting in Frankfurt, we were happy to introduce Patchy McPatchbot to our customers: The first automated patch robot! DE-CIX Frankfurt: First IX with a genuine patch robot
DE-CIX Frankfurt 12 is our first PoP with an optical distribution frame instead of standard racks and patch panels for customer interconnection. We named our automated patch robot Patchy McPatchbot, and with Patchy, provisioning or upgrading a port can be completed within 6 minutes. Watch the video.
New Looking Glass: Beta version available
With the new looking glass service, it is now possible to easily search for an AS number, a peer or a particular IP prefix. In addition, the new looking glass service provides the reason why a certain route is rejected by the route server (e.g. due to IRR filters). Read more.

DirectCLOUD also available in Marseille
