This is one of my favorite mixes. I love them as pancakes.
They're a little like cornbread but moist and made just a little sweet with a touch of brown sugar. They're easier than cornbread--and better.
And it's incredible what else you can make with them. You can make fritters and corndogs. You can make savory pancakes with cheese, bacon, or chili--like these chili corn cakes.
