I just wanted to reach out to you directly as we were recently introduced to Vera, a little girl who urgently needs heart surgery. One of her recent medical checkups revealed an aneurysm of the right ventricle of her heart. If it ruptures, she would not survive. Vera was approved for an operation at the Israeli Sheba hospital, known to have one of the best cardiology departments in the world, one of the few places that could actually save her life.
