Gold, gold, gold -- remember when all we were hearing about was gold and the collapse of the dollar?  It seems a distant memory now that interest rates have perked up and gold has cooled down... but there's still that widespread belief that currency crises or other calamities will send people back to gold at some point soon (extra points if you can predict when).
