In Iowa, Secretary Walsh touts the benefits of investing in Americas future

Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh visited Iowa this week, where he toured a local community college, participated in a roundtable on the importance of investing in Americas homecare workforce and visited a vaccination site. He also discussed how the American Jobs Plan and the American Families Plan will support improvements for infrastructure, workers and families.

Secretary Walsh to ILC: Recovery is just the start

Secretary Walsh addressed the International Labour Conference this week, highlighting progress made as the nation recovers from the pandemic and plans for the future, saying: Our goal is an economy that is more equitable, more sustainable and more inclusive, with good jobs and access to jobs training for everyone.
