IOC announces TelevisaUnivision as media rights partner in Mexico for Paris 2024
The International Olympic Committee (IOC) today announced that TelevisaUnivision has acquired free-to-air and pay TV broadcast rights for the Olympic Games Paris 2024 in Mexico.
This partnership between the IOC and TelevisaUnivision includes at least 200 hours of coverage of the Olympic Games on TelevisaUnivision’s Canal 5 free-to-air television platform.
The free-to-air broadcast will be complemented with pay TV coverage on TelevisaUnivision’s TUDN channel, as well as simulcast coverage on ViX, the company’s streaming platform.
