IOC Executive Board meeting in Lausanne - 2 and 3 May 2018 - Information for the media

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) Executive Board (EB) will meet at the Lausanne Palace Hotel on 2 and 3 May 2018.

The EB is scheduled to receive reports from the Organising Committees of the upcoming Olympic Games and various IOC commissions, as well as updates on the activities of the IOC administration.

Media representatives who will not be in Lausanne will have the possibility of watching the press conferences live on Periscope and YouTube. Please regularly check @iocmedia, where we will send updates on timings.

Media accreditation:

Accreditations will be processed online. Media representatives wishing to cover the meetings are requested to register on the IOC website by Monday 30 April.

If you have already registered for previous meetings, please access your profile using your email address, and tick the box for the May 2018 Executive Board meeting. For journalists who have not yet registered, please follow the instructions provided. Should you have any issues when registering, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Accreditation cards will be distributed at the Lausanne Palace as of 12 p.m. on 2 May.

Media facilities:

A media working room will be set up at the Lausanne Palace, and will be equipped with free wireless internet access.  Media catering will be provided to cover lunches and coffee breaks.

Opening hours:

2 May from 12 to 10 p.m.

3 May from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Accommodation:

Media representatives are requested to make their own arrangements.
