Good evening,

Good evening,

The short week leading into Easter is sure to throw up a few surprises.

There’s often an M&A bid lobbed late on Thursday, to give the target a few days to consider a response, while there are also a few IPO contenders keen to make the most of what’s left of the week to secure their trip to the ASX boards ahead of the break.

It’s all IPOs in Street Talk on Tuesday. We have the latest on Peter Warren Automotive and Grays.com listings - both are marketing to investors, the former more advanced than the latter.

The big news is another REIT out of David Di Pilla’s Home Consortium - this time targeting properties leased to aged care operators, childcare centres, hospitals and the like - for a vehicle dubbed “HealthCo”.

HomeCo has started pitching the new deal to potential investors but isn’t expected to launch a raising until later this year. It has already lined up bankers - we reveal who.

Happy reading
Sarah, Anthony and Tim
