IPO Rumors: Is Wall Street Ready To Embrace Ad Tech (Again)?

Hi there,

Welcome to another week!

And I hope you're buckled up: rumors have begun to recently circulate that several ad tech companies are preparing initial public offerings, per reporting from my colleague Ronan Shields.

It's not historically proven to be a fruitful move (as Shields reported here), but one worth watching—especially on the heels of The Trade Desk’s market capitalization toppling $30 billion last week.

In case you missed it, here are top stories from our desk last week:

Stat of the Day: Tab (soon to be phased out) is 57 years old.

Need a break? Boil a pot of water with cinnamon sticks, apples and lemon... autumn smells!

Please send news tips to sara.jerde@adweek.com. If I don't hear from you, thanks for reading all the same. See you tomorrow.
