Marking 29 years since its theatrical release in 1994, Forrest Gump is just one of those iconic films that can be watched a million times over and still tug at the heartstrings.
The film starts at the end, with a present-day Forrest telling the story of his life, as he offers a stranger a chocolate and says: "My mama always said: 'Life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get'."
At least, that is how everyone remembers it.
However, due to a memory defect coined the "Mandela Effect", it turns out the line was said a little differently.
