Last week I read articles that said there are 11 MILLION job openings in the U.S. and we had a record number of people quit their jobs over the last 60 days.

My question: Are people leaving jobs they don’t like for new jobs with higher pay that have all of the same problems?

Check your PICKER.

If you are looking for a new job make sure it matches with your 5 year plan - will it allow you to grow and develop into the work you want to be doing 5 years from now? This means you need to PICK a business that has the right Vision and Virtues and focuses on your Goals and Growth.

If you are hiring people, make sure when you PICK them they are motivated by Growth and Goals and they want to get behind a company that has a Vision and strong Virtues. AND understand people want flexibility and quality of life as part of their package. This means you will need to think differently in how you bring on the right people.
