![]() As someone who finds great pleasure in sharing every little nugget of knowledge that's in my brain, I sometimes find myself inadvertently bumming people out. Case in point, my oldest brother is trying to cut meat out of his diet and proudly announced that he's been eating a TON of Impossible burgers. Concerned about his heart, I immediately texted him this story that explains his processed veggie burgers contain just about the same amount of saturated fat as beef. WOMP.
And now, it turns out, I need to text him our most recent article (you'll find it below) that sheds some additional Debbie Downer-ish light on his veggie burger's impact on the planet. (The good news is, all meat alternatives are better for the planet than actual meat!) The more you know? :)
XO, Kristen
