In Calvert County, at least 12 homes are trapped with no way in or out of their community.

Jolexis Brown was last seen Tuesday at around 5:15 p.m. in the area of 10700 Dragoo Pl in Clinton.

A spokesperson for the sheriff's office said both are private roads, but the county is working quickly to come up with a temporary repair.

Rescue officials worked to extricate one patient, and EMS transported the patient to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

"We must act now to provide the crucial resources, supplies and outreach to our impacted communities to address this critical need."

The three men were last seen Sunday in the 2800 block of Robbing Road in Southwest Washington.

The retirement community will be presenting the cards to Venus during a special birthday party just for her.
