A Message From the Editor

Good morning. A decision by the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea has set a precedent that could influence other major climate change cases before the International Court of Justice and the Inter-American Court on Human Rights. Also, Freshfields is converting some of its collaborative office space in London to more conventional workspaces. And international law firms are seeing opportunity in the Philippines as its growing economy attracts global investors.
