On Saturday, October 7, Israel entered its deadliest war with Hamas in decades after the Palestinian terrorist group launched a surprise attack from land, sea, and air, resulting in the deaths of over 1,200 Israelis, the wounding of more than 3,000 and the abduction of around 130 civilians, some of them foreign nationals, and soldiers into the Gaza Strip.
