A 96-page investigative report from GRACE suggests that Michael Gatlin, the former senior pastor of Vineyard Church in Duluth, Minn., knew about child sex abuse allegations against his son but failed to act. Jackson Gatlin, the former young adult pastor, was arrested and charged with abuse of minors during his time at the church.
