SUBJECT: ISSUANCE OF ATM CARD

Dear Sir,

I wish to use this medium to inform you that your CONTRACT/INHERITANCE Payment of
US$15,000,000.00 (Fifteen Million United States Dollars) held here in the CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA
have been APPROVED for onward transfer to you via an ATM CARD which you will use to withdraw all
your US$15,000,000.00 (Fifteen Million United States Dollars) in any ATM SERVICE MACHINE in any part
of the world.

We decided to pay you through ATM because of much hindrance in wire transfers.

Your US$15,000,000.00 (Fifteen Million United States Dollars) will be loaded unto an ATM Card and
will be activated and deliver to you.

The Pin will be inserted beside the ATM Card and you can change the Pin once you receive it for your
personal security and secrecy.

You will have a daily withdrawal limit of US$5,000 with your ATM Card once you receive it until your
finish withdrawing your funds.

We will also let you know that your ATM Card has a three year validity and is liable for re-validation if you
did not finish withdrawing your funds within the validity period.
