Make easy cream puffs for your valentine!
Cream puffs must be easy--we make hundreds when we serve them to folks in the store. We use premade Bavarian cream and pastry fillings. And then we frost them with a very fudgy frosting.
And your valentine will love them--a cool and sweet way to tell someone you love them!
They might look hard but you can make them at home. If you can bake cookies, you can make cream puffs.
Step 1: The pastry shell. The batter for the pastry is extremely easy. It's only three ingredients.
Step 2: The filling. Buy premade Bavarian cream. You can buy it cheaper than you can make it and it's a lot less trouble.
Step 3: The chocolate.  Top them with chocolate or melt a little frosting to dip the tops in.
