On Thursday May 2 at 8pm, the Alvin Ailey will begin their annual performance in Boston with a program that includes the visually-striking EN by Jessica Lang. EN marks Lang's choreographic debut with Alvin Ailey and demonstrates a breathtaking range of influences, including interests in visual art, theatrical lyricism, the geometry of the human body, and the nuances of bodily gesture. All of the the performances will conclude with Ailey's masterwork Revelations.
