Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck may or may not be getting a divorce, but, after months of rumors, they are indeed selling their Beverly Hills home, hanging a $68 million price tag on the 5.2-acre estate. Purchased only one year ago, for just under $61 million, and refreshed over the last handful of months, the hilltop palace has a total of 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms spread over a total of 38,000 air-conditioned square feet. Among the A-lister luxuries are a glam room for getting ready for the red carpet, an indoor fitness complex that includes a pickleball court, and a boomerang-shaped zero-edge pool. Up in northern California’s Napa Valley, another Hollywood heavy hitter is looking to lighten his real estate load. Ryan Seacrest is looking to get $22 million for his 40-acre spread, which has a Tuscan-style main house with a pool plus a spacious cottage for guests.
