Rosé may be the oldest known type of wine, as it is the most straightforward to make with the skin contact method.
The longer the grape skins are in contact with the juice the more intense the color and flavor beco
mes.

DRY ROSÉ OF TOURIGA NACIONAL 2019
While typically used in the production of port or a bold red wine, our Touriga Nacional has been made into a Rosé. Our 2019 harvest was hand picked and directly pressed, with a maximum of 4 hours of skin contact. The wine was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavors and maintain a fresh, clean palate. The resulting wine is light and crisp with fruit aromas of melon and grapefruit, and a pronounced minerality on the palate.

ROSÉ OF TEMPRANILLO 2019
The 2019 Rosé of Tempranillo was our first vintage of Tempranillo to be made into a dry Rose-style wine. The grapes were picked early with lower brix and bright acidity, and then gently pressed with only 4 hours of skin contact to extract the right amount of color. The wine was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit and maintain a clean, refreshing palate. The resulting wine is crisp and light, with a gentle aroma of vanilla and pineapple, and flavors of mango and pie cherry.

ROSÉ of CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2019
This Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon had 12 hours of skin contact and was pressed gently to produce a delicate, salmon-tinted juice. The wine was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavors. The resulting wine is light and crisp, with just a touch of sweetness on the finish. The wine is full of herbs and ripe red fruit flavors, perfect for a hot summer day.
