| When was your last crisis simulation? Have you updated your scenarios recently? | Conducting regular simulations are the only way to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of your crisis communications plan, what kind of responses you’ll need, where the bottlenecks are—and how your team reacts under pressure. | We can help you to develop, lead and staff a crisis simulation workshop, in-person or virtually, for your crisis team, including leadership. | Our program includes: | - Planning session: We’ll meet with you and identify two to three scenarios most likely for your organization and which stakeholders to include in the simulation. (The specific simulation will remain a surprise to all staff.)
- Prep packet: We’ll prepare informational materials that include the crisis plan and some minimal instructions for the simulation (e.g., timing of breaks, restrictions on other calls/meetings, etc.).
- Crisis scenario slides and materials: As the mock crisis unfolds, we’ll present new information with slides, handouts and emails/calls from people playing the roles of reporters, employees and other stakeholders.
- Report: After the simulation, we’ll report our findings, including assessing areas for improvement and recommendations for next steps.
| | Schedule your simulation before June 1, 2023, and receive $1,500 off. | |
