Such is the clamour for Formula 1 in Italy the country sees two Grand Prix take place inside its borders each year. First up it’s a trip to magical and historic Imola on 19-21 May, before the F1 circus lands at Monza on 01-03 September for a high-octane blast around the Temple of Speed.

Circuits aren’t built like Monza anymore. Steeped in a century of racing history, the track has hosted races in all bar one Formula 1 seasons, and is renowned as one of the highest-speed circuits on the planet.

From triumph to tragedy, few circuits rival Imola’s place in F1 folklore. One of the last remaining ‘old school’ tracks on the calendar, fans have flocked to the high-speed Autodromo Enzo E Dino Ferrari since its return in 2020.
