Librarians Weather 2019 Government Shutdown By Lisa Peet Staff at the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the Library of Congress were able to continue their work uninterrupted through the partial government shutdown. However, contract workers within those agencies, and in government libraries across the country, were not so fortunate. |
