2025年の幕開けにあたり、2024年に素晴らしい一年を築いてくださったアーティスト、コラボレーター、そしてサポーターの皆さまに心より感謝申し上げます。大規模な壁画プロジェクトからアーティスト主導のワークショップ、そしてクリエイティブコンサルティングまで、私たちはアートを職場や日常に取り入れる新たな可能性を探求してきました。
新しい年を迎え、この勢いにさらに拍車をかけ、クリエイティブな活動の幅を広げ、パートナーシップを強化し、新しいアイデアを形にしていくことを楽しみにしています。すでに新たな展覧会やアーティストコラボレーション、コンサルティングプロジェクトが動き始めており、2025年がどのような年になるのか、期待に胸が膨らんでおります。

As we begin 2025, we want to take a moment to thank our incredible artists, collaborators, and supporters who made 2024 such an inspiring year. From large-scale mural projects to artist-led workshops and creative consulting, we explored new ways to integrate art into workplaces and everyday life. Looking ahead, we’re excited to build on that momentum—expanding our creative reach, strengthening partnerships, and bringing fresh ideas to life. With new exhibitions, artist collaborations, and consulting initiatives already in motion, we can’t wait to see what this year will bring. Thank you for being part of our journey. 多様な人材サービスを通じてキャリアの未来を創る、業界をリードするパーソルキャリア株式会社は新本社への移転を機に、「GIVE POWER」をテーマに据えた画期的なオフィスを設計しました。このテーマにより多層的な意味を持たせるため、昨年の10月、私たちTokyoDexは7人のアーティストを起用し、合計6面の壁画のアートディレクションを担当しました。
プロジェクトの核となったのは、社員の皆様とともにミッションを再確認するために実施したアートワークショップです。このワークショップにはアーティストの一人、宇都宮涼子も参加しました。この対話から生まれたキーワードやディスカッションは、各アートワークのインスピレーションとなりました。
Gravityfree、高橋憲助、Keeenue、宇都宮涼子、日比谷泰一郎、永壽といった多彩なアーティストたちが、それぞれの個性を大切にしながら、共通のビジョンに向かうエネルギーを凝縮した壁画を制作。社員一人ひとりの想いが込められたアートが、新しいオフィス空間に命を吹き込みます。

As a leader in the human resources industry, Persol Career Co., Ltd. is shaping the future of careers through diverse talent services. To mark the relocation of its headquarters, the company designed an innovative office space centered around the theme of “GIVE POWER.” To bring this theme to life with rich, multi-layered meaning, TokyoDex curated and directed six murals created by seven talented artists last October.
At the heart of the project was a workshop where employees revisited the company’s mission and values. One of the artists, Ryoko Utsunomiya, joined this workshop. The keywords and discussions that emerged during this session served as the creative inspiration for the murals.
Artists Gravityfree, Kensuke Takahashi, Keeenue, Ryoko Utsunomiya, Taiichiro Hibiya, and EISU each infused their unique artistic perspectives into vibrant works that collectively embody the shared vision of the company. These murals channel the collective energy of the Persol Career team, creating a dynamic environment that breathes life and inspiration into the new office.

Mushrooms vs. Robotsが、ついに始動！ 3月の最終週、東京での展覧会を皮切りに、新たなプロジェクトが幕を開けます。
本展は、日本の多様なバックグラウンドを持つ17名のアーティストが集結する、MvRの初のエキシビション。長年TokyoDexと共に歩んできたベテランアーティストから、今まさにキャリアを踏み出す新鋭アーティストまで、ジャンルを超えた豪華なラインナップをお届けします。
「Mushrooms vs. Robots」は、有機的なものと機械的なものとの間にある緊張感をテーマにしています。テクノロジーに形作られた世界において、自然は私たちが進む道をどう指し示すことができるのでしょうか？菌類は自然界の究極のハッカーなのでしょうか、それとも機械は電気的な胞子を夢見ているのでしょうか？
この展示会は、古代の知恵、革新、相互接続、進化、そしてレジリエンスををテーマに、多様な表現手法でアーティストたちが問いを投げかけます。現時点では詳細はまだ秘密ですが、2月に詳細が発表される予定ですのでお楽しみに！

We are excited to announce Mushrooms vs. Robots, a new project set to launch in Tokyo with an exhibition in the final week of March! Featuring 17 Japanese artists of various backgrounds, this debut exhibition under the MvR umbrella brings together a dynamic mix—some are seasoned veterans and longtime TokyoDex collaborators, while others are just kicking off their careers.
Rooted in the tension between the organic and the mechanical, Mushrooms vs. Robots asks: In a world shaped by technology, how can nature help us navigate the way forward? Are fungi the ultimate hackers of the natural world, or do machines dream of electric spores?
This exhibition explores themes of ancient wisdom, innovation, interconnectivity, evolution, and resilience through a diverse lineup of artists working across multiple mediums. We’re keeping the full details under wraps for now, but stay tuned—more will be revealed in February.
