How is 2024 treating you so far?

We have started the new year enjoying covers, making playlists and cramming a lot: you need to know everything about all the artists  on the line-up from A to Z before June. While we over them, there is also a lot happening on our Tours, (if you are interested in any of them, buy your ticket now before it's sold out) and above all what we do most is fantasise about the two thousand adventures that await us in less than 120 days at the 
Parc del Fòrum 🫂 Get your ticket if you don't have one yet. 

Don't miss them at the festival or at their Primavera a la Ciutat sideshow, where we will be able to enjoy this particular repertoire of covers of their favourite bands.

Where to start? With Stratosphere, the album that marks the point when slowcore was abducted by space rock.

 What you need to know: If you put a 90s mixtape under a microscope and zoom in to see the particles left on the bit of tape between, say, a track by Codeine and one by Built to Spill, you'll find the sonic stuff of which Duster have made their career, reunited in 2019 after a hiatus of almost two decades.

What you don't necessarily need to know, but it's cool: The group's fanbase may not be massive, but it has such distinguished members as Snail Mail and the members of Girlpool.

Why are they at Primavera Sound? Because they are a chapter in the history of alternative rock that we still hadn’t delved into.

You'll like them if you like... Slow-mo slacker, being transported without noticing you're moving, fogged up windscreens.

We still have in our minds the performance of the Iranian-Dutch artist who left the audience totally absorbed, with her electronic bases while the star went from one side of the stage to the other shaking her very long hair.

In Syracuse, and almost unintentionally, Erlend Øye & La Comitiva was born, the most Mediterranean project of the multifaceted member of Kings of Convenience, who has ended up sharing this adventure with Luigi, Stefano and Marco, three of the musicians who met in those sessions at home. Next spring they will bring this spirit to Barcelona and Madrid: on 24 April they will perform at La (2) de Apolo and on 25 April at Copernico.
