This month our Negroni Society members are in for a real treat. Our May Negroni the JASMINE NEGRONI is brought to you by the award-winning Sydney bar Maybe Sammy.

THE BAR - MAYBE SAMMY, SYDNEY
 

Opened 4 years ago, this relative newcomer to the Sydney bar scene has already hit some phenomenal heights and won multiple international bar awards.

Inspired by the Ratpack, the swinging 50s and the epic age of Sammy Davis Jr and Frank Sinatra, this bar hosts a wonderful range of vintage cocktails and twists on the classics.

Revelling in the golden age of cocktails, it specialises in glamorous hospitality delivered in elegant surroundings. It’s frequently in the Top 50 Bars list and is now one of Australia’s premier bar spots.

This is a lovely evolution of the classic Negroni, very much in keeping with the bar’s ethos of Classic cocktails done well.

No breaking of the mould here, but a focus on perfecting the execution and putting a light touch to a firm favourite.
