TODAY'S EPISODE: Kingsbury's red flags, more coach musings |
Kliff Kingsbury had Patrick Mahomes at Texas Tech, and Jason La Canfora has a question: WHERE'S THE BIG GAME HE WON? Super Bowl LIII: Ranking the best possible matchups |
Who do you want to see in the Super Bowl? Maybe the Chargers wouldn't be the best look (they barely have enough fans to fill a 27,000-seat stadium), but there are some INTRIGUING matchups out there. John Breech ranked all 16 of the possible combinations, and Tom Brady vs. Drew Brees didn't even crack the top three. |

Wilson's Divisional Round Picks: Chargers stun Pats |
Speaking of the Chargers, they might not have the biggest fan base but they do have Philip Rivers, who Ryan Wilson says will be PHILIP RIVERS-ING IT UP against the Pats. Ryan says the Chargers now have replacement-level special teams (a BIG improvement) and will win a stunner, and that's not the only upset he's calling. |

Mock Draft: Giants pass on QB for Clemson star |
There were a LOAD of guys in the Clemson-Alabama title game who'll be taken early in the draft. I'm firmly in the camp that we'll see one player who didn't even get in the game taken in the top 10, and I've got him going to the Giants, who pass on a QB again. Check out my entire first-round mock (including the weird Bucs' pick). |

Young coach hires are surprising, not visionary |
If you would've told Jason La Canfora who the first two coaches hired in 2019 would be, well, he would not have believed you. Both are seen as QB whisperers/offensive play callers, but Jason says that while they appear bold, here's why they're actually cookie-cutter hires. |

Ranking the remaining SB contenders, from 1-8 |
I'm aware of it. It's a SLAP IN THEIR FACE to rank the Pats where I did. I'll probably feel stupid when they're hoisting the Lombardi Trophy again, but I'm just not sure they're as scary as the teams above them, including a stunner at No. 2 that's the second-most complete team in the NFL right now (do not @ me). |

2019 NFL Draft: Prospects with the most to prove |
The N'Keal Harry naysayers claim he's too slow to be a first-round pick, and Chris Trapasso says the combine will ultimately decide whether the Arizona State WR goes in the first or second round. Chris broke down all the top prospects with something to prove, including a Clemson player who was GREAT in the title game. |
