Jazz Fest, Zurich Classic bring celebs to Nola. And a kratom crackdown?

Jazz Fest eve: "It’s overwhelming, in a good way. It’s Jazz Fest," writes our music expert Keith Spera. Food expert Ian McNulty shares tips for après-fest activities in Mid-City.
