Make at home recipe:  Roasted Brussels Sprouts
A Taste Sensation with our 2018 Heritage Series Chardonnay, Cheers!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Blanch Brussels sprouts  (5 minutes for halves, 2 minutes for loose leaves)
 

Toss with olive oil
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. 

 

In sauté pan, heat oil.  Pan fry 1 teaspoon of capers.
Drain on paper towel.

 

To serve

Place Brussels sprouts in bowl, top with crispy bacon bits, capers.
Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze.
