Jeff Landry leads quest to shake up Louisiana education

School shifts: Since taking office in January, Gov. Jeff Landry has led state Republicans on a quest to transform every aspect of Louisiana's public education system, Patrick Wall reports. Their conservative playbook has its supporters and critics.
