The week's biggest real estate stories.
Third time is actually the charm for Jeffree Star -- after two failed escrows and more than a year of trying, the YouTuber and beauty influencer has finally sold his Hidden Hills megamansion for $16.7 million. Quite possibly the largest and most gaudily lavish home in the Calabasas area, the 20,000-square-foot structure includes a two-story gym, glass elevator and a walk-in bank vault. Elsewhere, “Big Bang Theory” star Johnny Galecki is selling his Outpost Estates compound, formerly owned by Jason Statham and Ben Stiller. The actor is seeking nearly $12 million for the 1920s Spanish-style compound, which includes a mansion-sized main house, separate guesthouse, an original speakeasy pub and mosaic-tiled swimming pool. |
