Last week the grain markets showed signs of a bull market potentially starting to fade. For this week, May corn prices were up 18.25¢ and May soybean prices were only up 1.75¢, for the week ending March 19. May wheat prices were down 12¢.

Fed Sees Growth Surge, Jump in Inflation in 2021 but no Change on Rates
The Federal Reserve on Wednesday repeated its pledge to keep its target interest rate near zero for years to come after projecting a rapid jump in U.S. economic growth and inflation this year as the COVID-19 crisis winds down.
Currently set at 25.8%, the tariff will rise to 38.5% as early as this week, and will be in effect for one month, according to USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS).
