Jersey Mike's has big plans for the Lafayette area

The Lafayette restaurant industry has had a handful of closures already this year, but the local franchisees behind the Jersey Mike's Subs are moving forward. Two more locations will open this year, and othesr in Carencro and Scott could be a possibility.
