Jeweler Wins Fight Over Holiday Snow Promotion

Clark’s Diamond Jewelers of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, was sure that there was enough snow on Jan. 11 that it could refund its customer’s holiday purchases. But the insurer’s weather-monitoring service disagreed on the total snowfall.
