Many Louisiana Democratic delegates will back Biden

Louisiana and Biden: Many delegates from Louisiana are sticking by President Joe Biden amid increased calls that he exit the race, Tyler Bridges reports. The Democratic National Convention is in a month. 


La Citizens: Many customers of Citizens, Louisiana's insurer of last resort, will see a much-need break on their rates next year, Sam Karlin reports. Some still will see higher rates, however. Here are the details.
