Now that he’s moved his family and podcast studio down to Texas, Joe Rogan is hoping to shed some excess California real estate baggage. One of his two estates in L.A.’s Bell Canyon is up for sale, this one sited on a two-acre lot that’s described in listing materials as a “secret garden.” Meanwhile over in Bel Air, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Sutton Stracke picked up a 1930’s Georgian-style fixer upper for $5.35 million. Her new project was once owned by late Lakers owner Jerry Buss and includes ultra-luxe amenities like a large pool and a full-size championship tennis court.
