Monday's Top Three
Our top story of the day was Crain's Chicago Business' Futures broker R. J. O'Brien & Associates banks on international expansion. Second was the FT's 'Flash Boys' challenger IEX struggles in quest to transform trading. Third was the JLN mention of our 2013 interview with the late Joe O'Neill, of the former New York Board of Trade, in When Joe O'Neill Went Hollywood: "Trading Places" 30 Years Later. If you want to know the real story on how the movie got everything so right, this is the interview to watch. It also includes one of my favorite lines in the movies.
