Tracking the trends in Baltimore tech's DEI

Baltimore Tracks released its annual report on DEI in Baltimore last week. The report showed Black employees increase from 6.55% to 19.81% of member companies' rosters.
 
 Since the summer of 2020 and civil unrest over the murders of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd, do you feel there's been a major difference in tech companies' commitment toward DEI?
