Good evening,

Good evening,

Tearaway small cap Johns Lyng Group is expected to lead the deal news on Wednesday morning.

The company, worth $1.6 billion, has a big US acquisition lined up and will ask shareholders to help fund it.

The raising is thought to be worth $200 million to $230 million, and include a placement and rights issue.

It’s expected to be pitched as highly accretive. As always, though, fundies will be looking for plenty of information on the target.

Elsewhere, we have news of an acquisition at Regal Funds, as well as Bain Capital’s latest Australian investment. And there’s a $100 million-odd fintech buyout.

Happy reading,

Anthony Macdonald, Yolanda Redrup and Kanika Sood
