And if you’re looking for the star of your festive dinner table, Jay Rayner might have the recipe for you. On Monday 16 December, he’ll be sharing the recipes inspired by the greatest hits of his 25-year career as a restaurant critic. From the Ivy's famed crispy duck salad to Tayyab’s tandoori lamb chops, the humblest of diners to the grandest of gastro-palaces, he unpicks the techniques behind beloved dishes so you can try them from the comfort of your home.
