For the past 4 years, I have been co-hosting event industry podcasts. What I love about conducting these interviews as well as listening to podcasts is the seemingly unrehearsed nature of the conversation. It's like a secret way to listen in on what's really happening.

I recently sat down with Tennessee-based event agency, LEO Events to discuss how they worked with a (relatively) small Alabama-based pharmaceuticals company to completely overhaul their annual sales meeting.

Inga Hunter of Kowa Pharmaceuticals was tasked with gathering the entire sales team, many of whom work remotely. In three short days, the company needed to not only communicate the goals for the coming year, but make bold statements about who they are and the overall corporate culture.
