Good news--I’ve decided to open enrollment for Simply Canning School again!

Simply Canning School is a place created especially for beginning and intermediate canners to get started home canning real, wholesome food. The complete membership includes information about canning basics, as well as canning fruit, vegetables, meat, pickles, jam, and more.

Currently there are over 50 video tutorials, but we’re adding more all the time. This no-fail membership program also includes group Q&A sessions, printable recipes and charts, and a PDF copy of my book. I want to help you feel confident as a canner.
