We go back a long time – a really long time – 40+ years of being friends and family! You may not know this about us, but we’re cousins! We grew up in a close-knit family with a grandmother that we just adored. Before we knew we wanted to pursue a career in nutrition, fitness, and wellness, we were being taught all about good nutrition and clean eating by our grandmother. She liked to call herself the original dietitian! From as far back as we can remember, we couldn’t wait to spend the night at our grandparent’s house as she nourished our bodies with clean, freshly-made meals, as well as our souls with the quality time we would spend together.
Fast forward to today and we’ve been using a food-as-medicine approach to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. In our 25 years of experience, we see the power of food and lifestyle to harm as well as heal the body.
