We absolutely understand there are too many people with undeserved power who are against us as women, as queer folks, as people of color, and as people generally considered "troublemakers." We don't know what's next for our backwards moving country, but we plan to continue publishing dissenting voices and giving readers examples of ways to live with their whole hearts.  

Fuck, it's hard to keep asking for support, but if we don't advocate for ourselves, who will? Only 5 days left to JOIN during our 1st ever Rumpus Member Drive. We're now at 197 members, 39% of our June goal of 500. 

Do we think we'll hit that # in the next few days? Honestly, it's not feeling likely. However, we had to try something new, because our previous path was unsustainable. We appreciate everyone who has joined us as Members so far or those who plan to. And if you haven't already, donate to an abortion fund, organize locally and loudly, and take care of yourselves and each other.
