If you want to get involved and explore the many powerful ways, both big and small, to participate in our democracy and your community, join us for Aspen Ideas: Show Up. |
|
This free two-night digital event will showcase the many ways young leaders are showing up and creating change. We'll share insights to the power of protest — and how demonstrating can lead to policy change.
Craving civil discourse? We’ll introduce five principles for building better arguments. National elections may seem like all-important, do-or-die events, but they are just one part of the work that keeps our democracy functioning. We'll address — through powerful stories by changemakers — just how to engage. We’ll cover critical topics that will help ensure a future you want to live in. |
Speakers including NFL Jaguar Christian Conley, WBNA star Candace Parker; Parkland student and activist Aalayah Eastmond; political entrepreneur and Millennial Action Project founder Steven Olikara; David Cole, Legal Director of the ACLU; and Tina Tchen, women's rights activist and founder of Time's Up, among others, will share what it means to Show Up.
Brought to you by the team that builds the annual, world-renowned Aspen Ideas Festival.
